Q: Why does printing from Acrobat take much longer and the Quality is decreased?

A: ‘Print As Image’ may be ticked in the Acrobat Print dialog. In Acrobat, click ‘File’, ‘Print’ and click the [Advanced] button. In the menu that appears, ensure the ‘Print as image’ is un-ticked.

Q: Why do I receive a font related print error when printing a multipage PDF job to my Xerox device?

A: Ensure [Send by Range] is switched on in Acrobat. In Acrobat, click ‘File’, ‘Print’ and click the [Advanced] button. In the menu that appears, ensure the ‘Font and Resource Policy’ is set to [Send by Range].

Q: Why are the colours not automatically detected when printing from Acrobat to my ColorQube?

A: Ensure ‘Let printer determine colors’ is selected in Acrobat. In Acrobat, click ‘File’, ‘Print’ and click the [Advanced] button. In the menu that appears, ensure the ‘Let printer determine colors’ option is ticked.

Q: How can I submit my Xerox Meter Reads automatically to Xerox?

Q: I have a Fiery based print server (RIP) connected to my Xerox. How do I download the latest Command WorkStation software?
