Support & Supplies Information

If you experience issues with your Xerox device such as mechanical failure, paper jams & print quality issues, you should contact the Xerox Welcome Centre on 0870 900 5501. You can also obtain printer supplies from the Welcome Centre. All calls require the Xerox Serial Number and current meter reading to proceed and this can be found on the device itself or via the Printer Webpage.

Other Useful Information & Utilities

The following download can be used to locate the current IP Address of your Xerox device. This is a useful tool as you may not know the current IP Address of the device, unless you print off a configuration report. It is not intended to replace the 'Device Specific' driver downloads above.

Xerox Global Driver Printer Discovery Tool

This tool is based on the Xerox Global Print Driver. At time of writing (Version: 5.152.11 - Date: 2/26/2010) both the 7120 & 6180 are not fully supported products. Therefore, the Global Driver will only operate in 'Basic' mode, with reduced functionality. Therefore, it is highly recommended that the 'Device Specific' driver is used until the Xerox Global Print Driver includes full functionality for these additional models.
