Nationwide Association of Photocopier and Printer Suppliers

Xeretec has become a member of NAPPS (Nationwide Association of Photocopier and Printer Suppliers), the independent (not for profit) industry body.

The main function of NAPPS is to highlight and promote the highest standards throughout the industry and membership is only granted after the successful completion of a rigorous evaluation process to ensure that all members offer the very highest levels of service - to every level of customer. 

By choosing a NAPPS accredited member a customer can be assured that:

• The photocopier/printer supplier has been vetted and fulfilled a full evaluation process.

• That they are dealing with a reputable and trustworthy company.

• Their requirements/quote will be discussed confidentially with a professionally trained representative.

• The company has service engineer response times.

NAPPS members will need to carry out a minimum level of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) each year to ensure the standards are retained.
