Fiery-powered Xerox range from EFI

Digital print solutions provider EFI has unveiled a range of Xerox colour presses incorporating its latest Fiery System 10 platform.

EFI says the new technology is the "fastest and the most advanced Fiery system to date", promising quicker delivery as well as better colour reproduction.

It comes with a host of advanced calibration tools that work together with the Xerox Automated Color Quality Suite to provide printers with greater colour accuracy and consistency.

Improvements to Variable Data Print (VDP) and workflow integration give businesses more flexibility and control over the production process.

Xerox's Color 800/1000, 700i and 770 Digital Color presses are the first systems to get the Fiery System 10.

"The sophisticated Xerox capabilities together with the latest Fiery innovations in colour accuracy, VDP, and business and workflow automation mean customers have a solution that ensures they can deliver any type of print job with top quality, on time and on budget," said EFI's vice president for Fiery marketing, John Henze.
