Castle Colour, a North Yorkshire-based printing firm, is likely to go into liquidation next week.
A liquidator could be appointed at a meeting of creditors on February 8. The press conference will also be attended by P&A Partnership's insolvency practitioners Gareth Rusling and John Russell.
The firm that specialises in commercial print and stationery products, together with providing design services has not yet commented on the closure.
Established in 1970, Castle Colour has three Heidelberg presses - a five-colour, two-colour and a one-colour.
It is also the owner of finishing equipment including a Horizon stitchliner and a Polar 72 guillotine.
