Have you ever wished you could illustrate a page with a 3D model? Ever thought that work presentation would have been so much clearer if you had a 3D model to point to? Well, HP's new TopShot printer might just be for you.
The HP TopShot LaserJet Pro can scan small, 3D objects. It uses a camera embedded at the end of a folding arm that takes six shots - three with flash and three in ambient light - before combining them into a seamless high-resolution picture.
On sale for around £250, and boasting multifunction printer duties like copying and faxing, the HP TopShot printer is a well-rounded piece of kit, affordable for even the smallest of businesses.
Editing software included in the printer automatically removes the background, leaving just the product. And built-in internet connectivity allows for immediate upload to the web.
