In an effort to help small firms improve employee productivity, Hewlett-Packard has introduced new imaging and printing products.
According to the firm, the new solutions and devices would be beneficial for both indoor and outdoor staff.
Firms will be able to enhance efficiency in the office as well as explore new revenue sources by making strategic decisions regarding their imaging and printing investments, HP said.
Jeff Hayes - president of InfoTrends, a market research and strategic consulting firm - said: "In recent years, IT organisations have been under tremendous stress to control and reduce costs while also investing in business process innovation.
"Successful organisations realise they need to strategically invest across their entire IT infrastructure including business printing."
For the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises, HP is offering new multifunction printers offering ePrint capabilities.
In addition, the company has announced new workflow solutions for the healthcare and financial services sectors.
Bruce Dahlgren, senior vice president of Managed Enterprise Solutions Business at HP, said: "Customers need a partner that can help them solve complex business issues. Our new technologies and innovations are designed to transform paper-intense processes into simple digital workflows, allowing businesses to identify new opportunities for growth."
