HP to showcase Designjet L25500

HP is set to show off its Designjet L25500 printing system and latex inks at the 12th Sign and Graphic Imaging Middle East exhibition in Dubai.

The 60in Designjet L25500 has a print speed of up to 22.8 square meters per hour, while the 40in version is capable of printing at 21.2 square meters per hour speed.

The device, which is part of the company's range of large-format signage printers, sports a print resolution of up to 1,200dpi.

HP claims that the use of latex inks in the L25500 will make the device more eco-friendly by reducing the effects of printing on the environment .

The three-day Dubai show, which started on Monday, will also display other printers from HP including XL1500, Designjet L65500 and HP Scitex FB950.
