Liquidation for SV Two Digital

Digital printer firm SV Two Digital has been declared bust and its assets are ready to be apportioned, as the company goes into liquidation.

SV Two Digital, which was the trading name for Quantum Print UK, went into administration in June last year after it was unable to repay its creditors.

The firm's managing director Rob Philips had assured that the proceedings will not affect the business's digital wing.

But the company was finally liquidated on Wednesday after a creditors' meeting, which appointed insolvency practitioner Smith and Williamson as the firm's liquidator.

The insolvency practitioner said attempts to find a buyer for SV Two Digital's assets are under way, but refused to disclose any more details.

SV Two Digital could not be contacted for comment.
