Print and ink still HP's mainstay

Despite the recent attention around the future of its PC arm, HP still retains printing as its profitable mainstay market, as highlighted by one of its most recent releases.

The hardware giant's Envy sub-brand is an all-in-one printer noted for its slick styling.

This inkjet multifunction peripheral achieves a glittery finish by means of its unique mix of glossy black plastic and brushed metal alloy.

The 8.9cm LCD touchscreen provides a robotic effect with its illuminated, context-sensitive buttons. The interface combines touch-activated icons as well as a series of apps that can be scrolled with a gesture.

The device supports downloadable apps and also features preview views of photocopies.

Users can select most of the everyday print options with ease, and the driver splits options between two tabs: Layout and Paper/Quality.
