Ethedo Press has entered into administration, making all its 14 employees redundant.
On April 12, Chris Stevens and Ian Vickers of FRP Advisory were appointed as administrators to the print and design company.
Ethedo Press decided to shut down as it was not possible to trade the £1.4 million turnover firm, according to a statement released by the administrator.
However, the report said: "Certain company assets were sold to Ethedo Digital on 27 April 2011."
"I am conscious of the fact that an interested party continuing to service the customer base will enhance the realisation from the debtor ledger.
"The reason behind this is that the interested party will be providing continuity to the customer base that is likely to ensure an enhanced realisation."
