A commercial printing company in Essex is due to go into liquidation next week.
Purfleet-based DPS Print Solutions has arranged a creditors meeting for March 8, where the appointment of insolvency practitioner BDO Stoy Hayward is expected to take place.
The firm is wholly owned by DPS Print Holdings, with Ian Falconer and Danny Cross as directors. Both men had recently been appointed to the board of a new company Falcross, which was established in January. They left the board the day after their appointment.
The new company is acting as a charge holder for DPS Holdings, with £600,000 security on property in Purfleet - Units 9 and 10 Dolphinpoint on Dolphin Way.
The address listed on DPS Solutions' website is Unit 10 Dolphin Park in Dolphin Way, Purfleet.
