Real-time security offering from HP

HP has expanded its security solutions with a new real-time analysis tool, called the Fortify Real-Time Hybrid Analysis.

The latest offering, when used with the new Fortify 360 v3.0 and Application Security Center 9.0, allows firms to identify the root cause of software vulnerabilities, thus minimising risk to businesses.

Helping observe malicious software attacks in real-time, it allows organisations to respond immediately to business threats.

HP said the latest offering will allow firms to manage enterprise risk and boost productivity.

John Jack, vice-president of HP Fortify business unit software, said: "With new advanced real-time security technologies, HP is delivering the application security intelligence needed to drive innovation while lowering the enterprise risk associated with it."

With the Fortify Real-Time Hybrid Analysis, firms can develop a repeatable and cost-effective security assurance program that will help cut down business risk, according to HP.
