SXL wins award at MEA ceremony

Printing company Saudi Xerox Limited has received the regional "Partner of the Year" award, at a ceremony in South Africa.

SXL was awarded the honour for the second year in a row at the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Annual Winners' Conference.

The company, which has a joint venture deal with the Olayan Group, was recognised for the significant growth it has made in a number of key business areas.

These include improvements in operational performance, strategic planning, people development and brand representation.

Marcus Childs, Xerox vice president for MEA, said the award recognised the "experience, dedication, loyalty and hard work" of the management team.

He added: "2009 has been a great year for Saudi Xerox, and I thank each one of the team for their tremendous contribution made to Xerox both locally and abroad."

SXL has an important presence in the region due to its strong growth across its services, which include printing solutions, outsourcing, and work flow management systems.
