Unamic/HCN call centres taken over
Outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services, owned by Xerox, has announced it will be taking over call centre operator Unamic/HCN.
The firm did not provide any other details of the buyout.
Around 2,000 people work for Unamic at 14 call centres in Europe. The staff handle customer queries and provide technical support in the Dutch, French, Flemish and Turkish language.
Unamic subsidiary Any-G is not included in the Affiliated buyout and will become an independent firm.
