Xerox board of directors has elected three new vice presidents of the corporation - Tom Maddison, Hervé Tessler and Kevin Warren.
Currently the vice president of Human Resources, Mr Maddison, 46, has been with Xerox since 1992 and has held several positions in finance, human resources, operations and marketing.
He was appointed to his new role in February and is responsible for HR planning, sourcing, talent management, leadership development, pay and rewards, diversity, work environment and industrial relations.
As president of Developing Market Operations (DMO), Mr Tessler, 47, is in charge of operations in emerging markets including Russia, India and countries in Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, central and eastern Europe.
Mr Warren, 47, was appointed president of the United States Solutions Group in July and heads Xerox's direct sales division that sells products and services across the country.
He is credited with leading the smooth transition of Global Imaging Systems to Xerox following the $1.5 billion acquisition of the business technology firm in 2007. He has also served as chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Xerox Canada.
