Xerox has announced that it has acquired Scottish digital document solutions company Concept Group.
The terms of the acquisition, which supports Xerox's plans to expand into the small and medium-sized business market in the UK, were not disclosed.
Under the takeover deal, Concept Group, which is set to retain its name and headquarters in Livingston, Scotland, will add Xerox technology and services to its offerings.
This is the third European acquisition in the past three years for Xerox, which earlier bought Irish Business Systems and Veenman in the Netherlands in a bid to strengthen its hold on the market in Europe.
Concept Group provides document imaging services to more than 3,000 clients throughout the UK.
