Xerox in Gartner's Leaders Quadrant

Gartner has honoured Xerox by including it in its Leaders Quadrant of this year's Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services (MPS) Worldwide.

Print governance and other new features offered by Xerox can help firms reduce their running costs by nearly 30%, it is believed.

Xerox takes a lead role in MPS by providing users with simplified print and IT management services, thanks to its collaboration with partners including Cisco and the support offered by ACS, a Xerox company.

Stephen Cronin, president of Xerox Global Document Outsourcing, said: "We believe Xerox maintains its leadership position in MPS by understanding what our customers need most - from supporting the mobile workforce, to a simplified approach for small businesses.
