Xerox launches new office printers

Print manufacturer giant Xerox has introduced a new range of solid ink printers for enterprises.

The Xerox Phaser 8560 Printer models offer high-quality printing and quick output at low costs.

Print quality, comparable to a high-end laser printer of 2,400 dpi, is ensured by the solid ink used in the machine.

Solid ink printing, which functions by melting ink sticks and producing images or text on paper in a process similar to offset printing, has a glossy effect on paper leading to a fine finished product.

Print speeds for the new printer exceed basic print speeds, as the machine prints up to 17 pages per minute.

With the Phaser 8560, printing full-page colour photos is just as quick as text-only pages, since the printing occurs in one go rather than the many passes other laser printers require.

The paper feeder tray has an attached compartment for custom paper or envelopes, which lets you store additional paper without requiring several reloads throughout the day.
