Xerox has upgraded its FreeFlow Variable Information (VI) Suite, which promises to make it easier for companies to design, create and produce personalised and customised documents.
The new system improves productivity by reducing the time spent on designing and printing the document, helping cut down costs, according to Xerox.
Businesses can use FreeFlow VI in any printer ink environment, managing tasks ranging from detailed balance sheets to sophisticated marketing brochures.
Xerox's 4112 Enterprise Printing System was installed at Potts Print's Cramlington facility recently.
Ian White, technical services director at the firm, said: "Since working with Xerox, the demand for digital print and direct mail work has increased so much that in the space of six months we've had to recruit three new staff members."
