Xerox upgrades Nuvera portfolio

Xerox has extended its Nuvera portfolio with 10 new productivity improvements and finishing specifications to organise production and boost black-and-white printing jobs.

The Plockmatic Pro 30 Booklet Maker and the Dual Xerox Tape Binder are among the new enhancements.

The Booklet Maker features an affordable 30-sheet booklet maker, which is designed to create professional-quality booklets at faster rate. The technology enables user to add colour covers and inserts to the booklets.

Equipped with the Dual Xerox Tape Binder, the printer can use both finishers within the same printing process. Additionally, the option allows users to change the delivery of print sets and empty while the printer is functioning.

According to the firm, the enhancements, which produce professionally finished applications such as manuals, brochures, booklets and calendars, help print providers to get a wider range of jobs.

Angele Boyd, IDC group vice president, imaging/output document solutions, said: "Xerox leads the worldwide high-end black-and-white market with more than 75% of all production class cut-sheet shipments.

"The company is well positioned to maintain or extend its leadership position by constantly upgrading its Nuvera family of devices."

Award-winning Nuvera printers can print from 100 to 288 images per minute and is capable of providing high-quality prints and increasing productivity.
