XLS launches new offices in UK

Xerox Litigation Services (XLS) has launched two new offices in London and Telford, as part of plans to expand the firm's European operations.

The company, which specialises in electronic discovery and consulting services, said the new offices will help to cater for the increasing demand from international customers.

In the UK, XLS offers services such as processing, hosting, review management and production.

The Telford site includes two data hubs, hosting almost 200 virtual servers with huge storage capacity.

The services team, which operates out of the London office, provides customers with non-stop support.

According to XLS vice-president and general manager Randall Burrows, the new sites were opened following demand from clients in the US to make services available in the UK.

He added: "We are now better positioned to further support our existing clients as well as introduce our technology and services to new prospects in the rapidly growing European e-discovery market."

Services like the OmniXTM review platform, and CategoriX, the firm's automated document classification (ADC) solution, will be provided from the new offices.
