Yorkshire printer wins new deals

A Yorkshire printing firm has secured several new contracts after upgrading its equipment and widening its product portfolio.

Alpha Media Solutions says its investment in machinery and focus on new business is beginning to pay off with the company on track to meet its turnover target of £7 million for the year 2011.

Among the new deals it has secured is with Mabey Hire Services, creating branding products for the Dewsbury-based firm.

A division of the Mabey Group, the company is a manufacturer, supplier and contractor of works equipment and has operations nationwide.

The printing firm handled all marketing and related materials for Mabey's rebranding exercise, producing brochures and exhibition display products.

Simon Rose, Alpha's sales and marketing director, said: "It was essential for us to focus on new business this year in order to continue driving the company forwards."
