The Morgana CardMaster greetings card folding machine, uses a unique Rotary Creasing & Rule device to crush the fibres of the material to prevent cracking and will emboss the ink or toner into the surface of the stock, without stopping the material as it passes through to the unique folding assembly.
Traditional rotary scoring machines use circular blades that are in constant motion as the stock passes through them. This creates a ploughing action that actually cuts through the top fibres of the paper or card in order to create a score. Inevitably this weakens the paper and encourages cracking.

simply dials in the sheet length and the Morgana CardMaster greetings card folding machine will set the creasing and folding positions automatically. Press the feed switch and the suction feed system will start creasing and folding greetings cards at the rate of an average 153 cards per minute.
