High-speed workgroup printing solution saves 40% costs annually with Xeretec solution, enhances user support and reduces maintenance overhead.
Groupama Insurances is part of European financial services giant Groupama which was established in 1860 and now generates more than €160bn revenues. The UK Group is award winning and offers motor and home insurance right through to healthcare and comprehensive commercial covers for the smaller business. It does not operate overseas call centres and is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer care and service.
Groupama UK was formed when GAN Insurance and Lombard General Insurance merged. Groupama had 1300 staff operating 344 print devices. The company rationalised operations, reducing the number of offices to 6. A total hardware renewal programme was implemented; Xeretec was selected to provide a high-speed workgroup solution to meet general office print, copy and fax requirements. All devices have a common user interface to aid usability.
The solution includes a mix of colour and black and white multi-function devices, used for print, copy and fax. Scan to email, scan to network and networked fax capabilities increase productivity and reduce costs. Xerox CentreWare Web print management software enables IT Services to configure, manage and monitor networked devices (of any brand) from one central hub.
