Digital Printing Support
We have developed the Xeretec Support page to aid in the online support of customer concerns.
A support tool available to us gives us the ability to remotely control your PC by means of a small piece of software (just over 1MB) and the Internet. Simply run the tool and tell your Xeretec Analyst the details provided.
Various Adobe Job Options are also available to download which we have created to help you produce high quality PDF's and get the best out of Adobe Acrobat and in turn produce great quality prints on your Xerox device.
Training is available whether it's basic printer driver training or advanced Colour Profile training. Please ask your Xeretec Analyst for pricing information by using the contact details below.

XeretecQS - Xeretec Quick Support
Simply tell your Xeretec Analyst the Partner ID and the unique, randomly generated Password...
Windows 2000, XP, Vista & 7 is supported. Click the .exe link above and select 'Run' to load the software tool. You may have to download the .exe file first before running the software.
Mac OS X 10.4 and above is supported. Click the .dmg link and run the installer once the download is completed.

INFORMATION: This remote control software has been licensed for use by Xeretec and uses TeamViewer and their servers to transmit data securely. The entire session is fully encrypted and can be terminated at any time by simply closing the application on the client side. For further information on this tool, please visit www.teamviewer.com. Alternative downloads to be used only if instructed by your Xeretec Analyst:-
XeretecQS.zip - On occasions where executables are disabled from being downloaded, click this link and download the zipped version. Once downloaded, simply double click the zip file and then double click the XeretecQS.exe inside the zip.
XeretecQS.zzz - In rare situations, the above filetypes may be disabled from being downloaded. If this is the case, download this file, save to the desktop and rename the .zzz to .exe. Now just double click on the file you have just renamed to run the software.
Further Alternative downloads to be used only if instructed by your Xeretec Analyst:-
XeretecQS-Alt.exe - On occasions where executables are disabled from running from your Temp folder, this special version runs without using your Temp folder. Simply click on the file and select 'Run', just as you would with the above.
XeretecQS-Alt.zip - On occasions where executables are disabled from running from your Temp folder and your Temporary Internet Files folder, this special version runs within it's own folder. Simply right click the link and select 'Save Target As...' and choose your 'Desktop' as the desination. Extract the contents of the zip download file to a sub folder and then double click the 'TeamViewer.exe' file in that folder to run the utility.
Adobe Job Options for Adobe Distiller
Xeretec High Quality - Small File.joboptions - Recommended joboptions to reproduce High Quality PDF's at a reasonable file size. Compression is used but filesize is dramatically reduced in the resulting PDF file produced.
Xeretec High Quality - Large File.joboptions - Recommended joboptions to reproduce High Quality PDF's. No compression has been used so these joboptions can produce very large filesizes, similar to the PostScript filesize orignally used to create the PDF.
