Service Billing Manager
Andrea worked in various accounts positions before joining Xerox in roles in finance, customer liaison and indirect channels. She became a member of the Xeretec team following the acquisition of Bytes. Andrea loves travelling often taking up to six trips a year.
Head of HR
Claire has been in HR for 15 years now working across a number of industries including chocolate factories, airline catering and wine. She has been the Head of HR at Xeretec for 4 years and feels lucky to say she enjoys her job! Claire is a keen oenophile and loves holidays.
Regional Sales Manager
Craig worked in print sales at Canon before starting a concessionaire in 2003 which grew to a £5m business within five years. Following its acquisition, he joined Xeretec in 2014 and now supports the commercial and business development teams and Group Sales Director. Craig has completed over 50 marathons including 15 ultra marathons from the Great Wall of China to the Ultra-Trail Mont-Blanc.
Head of Technology
Darren started work in the IT industry in general IT support, soon moving to a Xerox concessionaire as a support analyst. Since then he has worked in the Xerox channel or directly for a manufacturer progressing to Senior Analyst, IT analyst Manager and then Head of Technology. Darren joined Xeretec following the acquisition of Bytes. Darren is allergic to Whisky which he finds embarrassing considering he is Scottish!
Office Supplies Manager
Helen started her own supplies business at the age of 18 and has been at Xeretec for 17 years. She is now responsible for the supplies business for the whole Xeretec Group and with her team believes passionately in excellent customer service. Helen loves travelling and experiencing new cultures.
Jon joined Xeretec as an apprentice more than 20 years ago. Starting with the company from when it was so small, Jon wore many hats simultaneously over the years from pre and post sales, through to technical analyst and looking after the IT infrastructure. Now the company is much bigger, taking on just the IT department is a job in its own right and keeps Jon plenty busy. Outside of work Jon enjoys camping, snowboarding, festivals and all things tech!
Karina joined Xeretec as an apprentice 18 years ago and is now Financial Controller and Company Secretary. She manages all aspects of accounts for the company, in particular cashflow and payroll, and has seen it grow from 10 employees to over 200. Karina is a huge cricket fan and has met some of her favourite England players.
MPS Operations Manager
Marino started his career as a time served mechanical engineer, then went on to play football professionally for 12 years. During this time, he studied via the Open University to gain a BSc in IT and Computing, joining Xeretec as an analyst progressing to Managed Print Services Operation Manager.
Marino is also a keen skier and golfer but especially loves building lego with his kids.
Purchasing & Implementation Manager
Before joining Xeretec, Martina was a sales coordinator for a pharmaceutical producer, a training manager for a technical service desk and a team leader for a global automotive manufacturer for Eastern Europe. Martina and her team focus on excellence in all aspects of the service delivery and implementation process. She speaks English, Czech and German and is the chief spider catcher at home.
Southern Manager - Production Systems
Mitesh joined Xeretec in 2018 after 23 years with Xerox. He has a wealth of knowledge and has worked in the Graphic Communications environment for the last 10 years. Mitesh now heads up our Southern Production Sales Team.
General Manager Glasgow
Paul has been in the industry for over 25 years and at Xeretec for four years, during which he opened the new central division at Xeretec. Paul is particularly proud of being asked to join the board of the St Patrick’s Day Charity Ball, Glasgow and loves red wine and Indian food but hates negativity and flat lager.
Group Training and Development Manager
Paul has worked in the industry for the last 12 years, joining Xeretec in September 2016. Having previously worked in media and as a police officer, Paul now helps unleash people’s potential within the organisation. He loves travelling and has lived on three continents.
General Manager - Sales
Phil gained a teaching degree before joining Xerox where he spent many successful years. He then worked in IT sales at EMC prior to joining Xeretec where he has spent the last five years ensuring we are market-leaders at what we do. A people-person who keeps the office entertained with his witty banter, Phil dreams of being a game show host having appeared on shows such as The Generation Game.
Group Production Director
After gaining a City and Guilds engineering qualification, Steve spent seven years servicing early digital printers and finishing equipment in the UK and Australia. He then moved into sales roles and acquired 17 years sales experience in the Xerox channel. Today, Steve oversees the management of our East Midlands and North-West regions and the Production sales teams. He is a big sports fan.
Regional Business Manager
Steve originally studied print and design, then held various roles in the print and design industry before joining Xeretec in 2005. After a focus on production he moved to lead the sales team for managed print services. Today, he manages the sales team in the north of Scotland. Having studied fashion and textiles, Steve has designed and made his own clothes and also brews his own beer.
General Manager Ireland
Tom joined 3D in November 2003 and following the Xeretec acquisition worked his way up from sales executive to General Manager of Ireland in 2016. For the last 20 years, Tom has played and coached Hurling, while still supporting Offaly and coaching in Galway. He has been a fundraiser for Voices for Down Syndrome Galway for the last six years, completing various races including the Dublin City Marathon in 2016 in which he raised nearly €5,000.
