The print assessment team are skilled in analysing and simplifying print and document practices. Using our internally-designed analytics platform Vision to gain insights into your print environment, they will compare the benefits of any proposals against your existing print practices so you can clearly see the impact changes will have before they are implemented.

Getting the right support infrastructure for your print environment is critical to minimising downtime and reducing the strain on internal teams. All Xeretec technology, software and solutions are tested and approved by our in-house analysts before installation. They are then managed by a dedicated helpdesk agent who will identify and fix issues often before you are aware of a problem. 
Our helpdesk provides three levels of support to ensure issues are escalated to agents with the right knowledge and skills. Often we resolve issues without an engineer needing to visit a site, maximising uptime. If not, a remote analysis of the problem will identify any parts required and ensure the engineer brings them when on-site.

Remote Installation

Our remote installation team offers low-cost installation primarily for A4 device customers who are happy to unbox and attach the solution to the network. Xeretec can then remotely access the device to complete the installation. Training is delivered via user guides and videos with full support as normal from our Helpdesk in Aberdeen.
