We are highly experienced in the commercial print space, with over 30 years’ experience and are Xerox’s largest partner in the UK and Western Europe.

We have an opening in the commercial print team to work closely with our account managers to provide pre-sales, installation and post sales support.

Job details:

To work with prospective new and existing clients, identifying the optimum technical solution for their business and to install and implement the hardware and software.

Key responsibilities include supporting the account managers with:

  • Pre-sales site visits and Teams’ calls
  • Live Demonstrations
  • Proof of concept demonstrations
  • Installation of solution
  • Training
  • After sales support
  • Level 3 helpdesk triage

Experience, personal qualities and skills:

  • Fiery and Adobe Certified, Workflow software, Variable Data
  • An articulate and confident communicator at all levels
  • Excellent customer relationship skills are essential
  • A solid understanding of IT systems, especially Microsoft Office
  • Tenacious, with attention to detail
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Proactive and responds well in a high pressured environment
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience

Qualifications:

GCSE English and Maths are essential, plus relevant industry certifications.
