Its hallmark is the ability to layer metallic and clear effects in a single pass with precision, making it ideal for applications such as luxury direct mail, high-end catalogues, premium labels, and event stationery.
The press supports White toner as both an underlay and overlay, allowing for opaque, vibrant printing on dark or coloured media—ideal for retail and packaging prototypes. Integration with FreeFlow Core and EFI Fiery EX-P workflows gives the Iridesse powerful automation options for imposition, job ticketing, and colour management, while compatibility with XMPie enables complex personalised print campaigns with rich graphical elements.
