Congratulations as well to our Service Team for their award for their exceptional work throughout last year. From the Shetland Isles, to all points in Ireland and down to the farthest reaches of Southern England, our UK-based Helpdesk offers 1,2 and 3 levels operatives, on site engineers, and MPS team experts. The team have been praised for working 24 x 7 with emergency support when required including overnight troubleshooting and their teamwork has led to consistent, high levels of customer care and service.
