As Europe’s largest Xerox concessionaire, we’re excited to share news of a major milestone in Xerox’s production print evolution: a new agreement with Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. that marks Xerox’s strategic re-entry into the fast-growing cut-sheet inkjet (CSIJ) market.
Under this partnership, Xerox will offer high-performance, cost-effective colour inkjet production presses powered by Kyocera’s cutting-edge technology and fully integrated into the Xerox Production Ecosystem. This includes industry-leading workflow software such as Xerox® FreeFlow®, along with finishing solutions and remote service support. The result is a seamless, end-to-end solution for modern print providers.
“This is a pivotal moment for our production print business,” said Terry Antinora, Senior Vice President and Head of Product and Engineering at Xerox. “Our re-entry into the cut-sheet inkjet market allows us to diversify our portfolio, meet growing client demand for speed and efficiency, and reinforce our commitment to leadership in digital production.”
The move aligns with Xerox’s broader strategy to focus on higher-value, growth-oriented segments within the production print space. According to industry analysts, the global market for cut-sheet production inkjet presses is forecast to grow at over 13 percent CAGR through 2030. This reflects strong demand among print service providers looking for scalable, efficient, and profitable solutions.
Xerox’s new CSIJ presses will complement the existing portfolio of powerful production machines, including the Xerox® Iridesse® Production Press, Xerox® Versant® series, and Xerox® PrimeLink® range. With Kyocera’s proven inkjet technology combined with Xerox’s trusted brand, integration capabilities, and service infrastructure, this new platform delivers a compelling solution to meet the evolving needs of the market.
“By combining Kyocera’s proven inkjet technology with Xerox’s global reach, client trust, and workflow automation, we’re delivering truly unique solutions for production printers,” said Mr. Keisuke Koyama, Executive Officer at Kyocera Document Solutions Inc. “Together, we are enabling our clients to compete more effectively in the fast-evolving production print landscape.”
The new presses will be sold and serviced exclusively by Xerox, branded under the Xerox name, and enhanced with Xerox-developed software and service capabilities. Availability and product specifications will be announced later in 2025.
We will be working closely with our customers to ensure they are ready to take full advantage of this next-generation technology as soon as it becomes available. As always, we remain committed to delivering the best of Xerox innovation, support, and expertise to businesses across Europe.
